By installing or using Easy Order Withdraw ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Easy Order Withdraw is a Shopify application that adds a self-service order cancellation button to your customer account portal and order confirmation page. The App allows customers to cancel eligible orders and receive automatic refunds in compliance with the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
You must have a valid Shopify store and be authorised to install apps on that store. By installing the App you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

The App executes cancellations and refunds via Shopify's Admin API on your behalf and according to your configured settings. You are solely responsible for ensuring your cancellation and refund policies comply with applicable law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We make no warranty that the App fulfils all legal requirements in your specific jurisdiction.
The App, including its code, design, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Easy Order Withdraw. Customer-facing labels and translations you configure within the App are yours.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App depends on Shopify's Admin API; outages or changes to that service may temporarily affect App functionality. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Order Withdraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or Shopify's policies. Upon termination, your session data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
